Remote connection doesn

So Ive been using Parallels solution to connect from my iPad to both my home and office computer and when I read the reviews on Screens I loved it - at last Ill be able to connect to my parents computer as well as my sisters and help them out easily.
Since thats solution is for remote access I didnt had any idea that configuring the servers will be such a hard thing to do!

While the parallels solution works without any hassle at - really Zero configuration for screens I need to do port forwarding and other things - that on my parents computer I couldnt even do!

The GUI is great as well as the experience once you have it set up - but since setting it up is a real pain - this doesnt worth more then 2 stars.

Once they will fix it I might consider give it another chance - for now its 50$ (Mac and iPad app) thrown away.
